Increíble desayuno bufé. La cena es demasiado cara. La comida fue agradable. Muy amigable para los niños. Bonitas vistas.
La opción de almuerzo buffet para niños es una gran idea si vienes a jugar al Swiss Holiday Park. Los niños hambrientos no tienen que esperar: toman el plato, se sirven ellos mismos y comen. Hay comida sencilla que suele gustar a los niños: pasta, pizza, verduras, fruta, nuggets de pollo, pescado, helado, zumo, agua. Cubiertos especiales para niños lo cual es genial. Los adultos podrán elegir entre buffet de ensaladas o menú del restaurante. Bonita vista. Personal amable. Era la hora del almuerzo del sábado y había suficientes mesas para todos. ¡Gracias!
La comida es bastante buena (con pensión completa para niños de hasta 15 años incluida en el precio del alojamiento si se aloja en Swiss Holiday Park) y el personal es muy amable y atento, muchas gracias a ellos. Lo que definitivamente cambiaría en el menú de postres es el nombre del frappé al batido y el café helado debería cambiarse a frappé (y tal vez no cobrarle a un huésped del hotel que pidió y devolvió su "frappé" pensando que viene con café, por lo que no puede beber leche con helado y almíbar)... Porque el frappé contiene café y en todos los demás países se elabora y define la forma en que hacen Eiskaffee en Panorama 😀
Definetly not worth your money. It's quite expensive for extremely mediocre food and only 3 options that rotate every day. Similar to food you would find in a cafeteria. The hosts pretend that they are busy and say things like "I'll have to see if we can fit you in" even when they have a single table dining and one or two reservations to give the illusion of class and a booked restaurant. The interior is extremely hot as there is no air conditioning and it's located right above the pool. The only good thing I have to say is that the servers were very nice the couple of times we had to go.
I would absolutely recommend NOT going to this Restaurant. The food is mediocre and the cleanliness is not really good. The manager of the restaurant is unhelpful and for the price you pay I would rather go eat somewhere else.
Positive: The breakfast staff is incredibly fast, friendly, and accommodating, and patient with small children. THANK YOU! The breakfast buffet is plentiful but always the same. You can still find what you're looking for, though. Negative: Everything related to dinner. Starting with the extremely slow, unfriendly, and ANNOYED staff, to gourmet prices for poor-quality food in small portions. The contrast to the breakfast staff is unbelievable.
