Olvidé dejar una reseña sobre el increíble servicio que me brindó esta empresa hace 2 meses. Como soy extranjero y llevo poco más de tres meses en Suiza, tuve dificultades para alquilar un apartamento de larga duración en Suiza. Pero Nadine Vonlanthen me ayudó con absolutamente todo, es muy profesional y la calidad del servicio que brindó fue de primera. Me alegré mucho cuando recibí la llamada informándome que se había confirmado el alquiler de nuestros sueños. Ahora mi marido, yo y nuestros gatos vivimos en un apartamento cómodo y acogedor. ¡Recomendaré esta empresa a todo el mundo!

Varios amigos ya nos habían advertido que AS Immobilien es una empresa de gestión inmobiliaria poco profesional. Lamentablemente, ahora podemos confirmar esta impresión; Tienen algunas prácticas comerciales muy extrañas. Aunque me puse en contacto con AS Immobilien por correo electrónico la noche en que publicaron el anuncio online, nada funcionó. Nadie respondió a mi correo electrónico. Al llamar al número indicado, siempre me transferían (no hay un número directo; aparentemente, eso sería demasiado eficiente). La persona con la que hablé ya se había ido por el día y se ofreció a devolverme la llamada. Pero nunca lo hicieron, así que los contacté nuevamente unos días después. Esta vez, la persona a cargo me dijo que consultara con el inquilino actual (lo que la primera persona en el teléfono podría haber dicho fácilmente). Sin embargo, el inquilino estuvo de vacaciones durante dos semanas en ese momento (¿eh? ¿No lo verificas de antemano?) y prometió volver a llamarme para concertar una visita. Nunca recibí una llamada, ni siquiera de AS Immobilien. Cuando empezamos a buscar de nuevo, nos dijeron que el apartamento ya estaba alquilado. Todo esto duró un mes y tuvimos que contactar con ellos nosotros mismos al menos cuatro veces. ¡Perdón por mi lenguaje, pero esto es un verdadero desastre!

An absolute disaster. We went to view a commercial space, and after a month of endless excuses about why the responsible person wasn't available, and countless requests for documents we'd already submitted, we finally got a call to the company and were told the person was already off for the weekend. We insisted that we'd been waiting for over a month and needed a response. We were then called back and told that our application couldn't be considered and that we'd find out why by email on Monday. Of course, that email never arrived! I would strongly advise management to fire such staff. This can only be detrimental to the business. This management company will never be an option for me again.

This is not what customer interest looks like. We wanted to view a property that had piqued our interest. Since the viewing was scheduled for a Friday afternoon and we were unavailable due to work, an alternative appointment was offered for the following Friday afternoon. As that day was also fully booked with our own appointments, we requested a different viewing time. The response was astonishing for a company that claims to be customer-oriented. "We cannot offer an alternative date, and the property would certainly attract enough interested parties on both dates, so there's a high probability that the property will be sold after those dates." I think there's significant room for improvement in customer management here. Even if there's no genuine interest in the customer, I would recommend a different method of communication.
