Our CTA heat pump has been running flawlessly for years. We are very satisfied with its performance and reliability. This year's service confirmed the system's perfect condition. The CTA staff are always very friendly, helpful, and reliable. The comprehensive documentation for the heat pump is particularly noteworthy. A real highlight is the remote monitoring and control option. Thanks to the straightforward and courteous support from the CTA staff, I've also made good progress with the integration into Home Assistant.
