Este lugar me sorprendió totalmente, tenían todo lo que puedas imaginar y no tenías que esperar ni pedirlo. No ordené y volví, lo tenían allí en la tienda, excelente selección. Y Personal el personal profesional muy capaz. Me encantó. Recomendé mucho esta tienda. kenneth chicago
Pues tiene muchas cosas, como deberíamos esperar de Media Markt. Pero para pedir ayuda sobre algo tenemos que esperar, pero cuando digo espera, en realidad es esperar... Estuve allí unos 40 minutos esperando a que alguien se liberara, yo y más personas ya que los vi furiosos por la larga espera... Y yo estaba con mi hijo un bebe de 3 años, como todos podemos esperar un bebe asi es dificil entonces mantenerlo tranquilo por mucho tiempo asi en el mismo lugar solo esperando... Entonces mi experiencia allí fue realmente horrible. Al final simplemente fui a la caja con una botella de agua y le pregunté qué quería, y ella fue muy amable y me ayudó, pero hay un caso para pagar, no para molestar a las personas que trabajan allí y luego hacen cola para que los demás paguen... Y lo que quería, esta tienda no lo tenía... ese era el kirshen encima del pastel...
Muy buen lugar para ver televisión y multimedia en Berna.
Well equipped shop but not so friendly staff... I go in to look for a vacuum cleaner and go straight to the home category. I go to the cashier to look for help and two workers stopped motionless and point us to two other workers who were drinking coffee saying the colleague will come In the end I took the box by myself… thank you very much and goodbye, at least I give greeting
I bought some high end headphones on "sale", after the second day I noticed they were not working properly so I returned them to the store... The only solution they offered me involved an over 2 week wait as they declined any liability deriving me to the warranty of the manufacturer. They assured me, however, that if the former exchanged the headphones for new ones rather than repair them I would be fully reimbursed. After half a dozen trips and wasting several hours of my time they did not give me back a cent. In stead they handed me a giftcard with the phrase "take it or leave it..."
Utterly disappointed in the service I got in this store by the workers. I got attended by a worker that indicates me to go 40 km to Media Markt Biel in order to get the TV that i was looking for. The assured me that there were 5 in stock when in fact once i got to the Biel one 30 minutes later, the manager told me they have been sold out since the morning. The worker refused to call and make sure even if i insisted because it was too far for me. Fix your customer service team please.
