Restaurant Edelweiss Mürren — Rauft 1068, 3825 Mürren, Switzerland

Este puede ser fácilmente el restaurante más pintoresco en el que jamás haya comido. La comida era fantástica, la sopa de caldo de carne era realmente buena al igual que la boloñesa. A pesar de otras críticas de pésimo servicio, la nuestra fue increíble y amable. Me arriesgaría si estás indeciso.

Vistas inimaginablemente buenas y la pizza era igual de buena. Los cuatro quesos estaban increíbles y no escatiman en aderezos. Pizza de gran tamaño para alguien que come mucho (yo mismo comí 1-1/2 entera). Gran ambiente y las vistas son inmejorables. ¡El strudel de manzana también estuvo genial!

No entiendo las críticas negativas de este lugar… ¡Pensamos que era genial! Tuve el plato de lentejas al curry y mi marido tenía uno de los platos de patata. I had the Swiss Pork Steak, with I would refer to as pork schnitzel. It was a lightly coated piece of pork, with noodles and vegetables. My wide had a large mixed salad, and a bowl of Hungarian Goulash, which was more of a meat-based soup. We both enjoyed the meals. For dessert, we split a piece of apple strudel on vanilla cream sauce that looked better than it tasted. Service was professional, but not particularly friendly. Two qualifiers to this restauant: 1. The view from outside would be a 85 on a scale of 1 to 5. It's just not possible to have better view of the mountains. 2. We were charged 5 Francs (almost $6.00 for TAP water (NOT) bottled water. I don't remember seeing this on the menu, and the waitress just shrugged when I questioned it. Keep in mind, this is a town that has flowing water spigot of water from the mountains. Restaurants need to stop having needless charges that tend to ruin the experience.

Swiss food presented in a gorgeous alpine setting. The service we received was very friendly. The dishes we had were good quality at a fair price relative to the area. We are planning to return again tomorrow to try the steak.

Breathtaking views alone make it worth the price and time. Staff is very friendly and pleasant. Food is average at best but overall experience was great
