Un gran elogio para el personal de la sucursal de Fust en Netstal. Llamé por error para reclamar porque pensé que faltaba una parte del aparato en el embalaje. Sin embargo, el muy amable empleado de Fust no sabía absolutamente nada de mi compra y por un momento perdí la compostura. Sin embargo, tenía toda la razón. Simplemente porque ese mismo día no había comprado el aparato en Fust, sino en otra tienda de electrónica del mismo edificio. Afortunadamente, el asunto se resolvió de inmediato: me impresionó profundamente lo tranquilo y excepcionalmente amigable que se mostró el empleado de Fust durante toda la llamada telefónica, mientras que yo perdía cada vez más los estribos. No fue hasta que miró el recibo que finalmente se aclaró mi error. Por supuesto, me gustaría aprovechar esta oportunidad para disculparme sinceramente con Fust in Netstal por mi comportamiento inapropiado en el teléfono y prometo que elegiré Fust in Netstal sobre todos los demás proveedores para mi próxima compra. Una vez más, lamento mi manera indudablemente imposible de hablar por teléfono y felicito a Fust por sus maravillosos e increíblemente pacientes empleados en la sucursal de Netstal. Unfortunately, very disappointing. We wanted to get some advice on a dishwasher. The salesman was very polite and all, but the advice was useless. When I gave him the model number of our old dishwasher, he waved it off. Unfortunately, that was his mistake, as he offered us the wrong height. Besides, why did we bother going to a specialist store if I now have to look for an appliance myself? What was also very strange was whether trainees are left alone these days. There wasn't another salesman around. This isn't the first time we've been given incorrect advice. Is this your new philosophy? We will definitely never go to Fust again.

One of the best Fust branches we've ever visited. Very friendly and competent staff who take their time and clearly enjoy their work. A big thank you to Mr. Mächler, who was incredibly helpful in finding spare parts for our food processor and handled everything right up to shipping them to our home. Simply fantastic!
