Siempre cerrado. Hay que ser persistente para obtener una respuesta. El personal no es adicto al trabajo. De hecho, todo lo contrario. Aunque solo están abiertos unas pocas horas al día y, a menudo, cierran unos días más durante los días festivos, todavía te encuentras con una mirada sentada mientras el personal duda si ponerse de pie. No te sientes bienvenido. Estuve allí hoy y ninguno de los tres empleados quiso atenderme.
Opening hours that any normal citizen can only dream of... I work in retail, so I NEVER have the chance to go to the town hall. By the time you open, I've already been working for two hours. By the time you close, I'm still working... closed at noon before Ascension Day, closed on the Friday before the holiday. (Some people would actually have time then.) In retail, I cater to the customer, which doesn't seem to matter to you... what a shame, I hope the tax money is being used more effectively elsewhere...
Over the past few months, I've had dealings with the building authority, the tax office, and the residents' registration office. For all three matters, I received friendly and competent information and assistance! Excellent, thank you, you helped me out of three sticky situations quickly!
