Hace un par de semanas, Movers Umzug se encargó del traslado de todos nuestros muebles de interior y exterior y también de docenas de cuadros desde nuestra antigua casa a nuestra nueva casa. ¡Los chicos fueron increíbles! Mehmet era el líder del equipo y dirigía cuidadosamente todo lo que hacía el equipo. Había otros seis muchachos que trabajaron juntos de manera perfecta y súper eficiente (Felmon, Arthur, Ali, Kawa, Mohammed y Yahisi). En el punto de origen envolvieron cuidadosamente cada pieza en mantas y/o plástico de burbujas y tuvieron mucho cuidado al cargar los camiones. Una vez en nuestra nueva casa, fueron igualmente diligentes al desenvolver, volver a armar según fuera necesario y colocar todo donde queríamos (una pieza muy grande no cabía en la escalera, por lo que lograron subir sin un rasguño y pasar por un balcón alto a la galería del segundo piso). Particularmente impresionante (y por lo que estamos muy agradecidos) no sólo tuvieron mucho cuidado al desmontar y volver a montar un raro aparador antiguo francés de la década de 1880, sino que también fueron meticulosos al desmontar y volver a montar nuestra sauna de infrarrojos... ¡no es poca cosa! Mi esposa y yo podemos recomendar de todo corazón y sin reservas Movers Umzug GmbH. No sólo sus precios eran muy competitivos, sino que hicieron su trabajo de manera extremadamente profesional.

Esta es la primera vez que me mudo y todos los productos se entregan en perfectas condiciones. Sobre todo, muy profesional, servicial y trabajador. On October 23rd, we had our two 3.5-room apartments moved by MOVERS Umzug GmbH. They also handled the disposal of unwanted items. The following day, the same company cleaned both apartments, and a representative was present for the handover inspections. The friendly initial consultation and the excellent value for money convinced us to choose this company immediately. The movers arrived on time, were very friendly, and efficient. Top moving company! The move from Lyss to Kerzers went absolutely smoothly. Very professional, punctual, careful, and friendly. Everything was transported efficiently and with great care. Very pleasant and experienced staff. They started at 8:00 a.m. and by 4:00/5:00 p.m. everything was in the new apartment, including furniture assembly. Keep in mind that this was a move from one 4.5-room apartment to another 4.5-room apartment, using three loaded vehicles. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend this company!

I've had very good experiences with Movers. The communication beforehand was good and binding. The quote was adjusted very fairly for a mistake I made. On the day of the move, the three-person team arrived very punctually. Everything was explained transparently to me, and I was optimally relieved of stress. First, everything was inspected and discussed, and then we got started. Everything went very quickly, and my belongings were optimally protected with plastic wrap and blankets. Nothing was broken, nothing was missing. The team was very patient with some of the boxes I had packed very poorly. Even in the new apartment, the team was very flexible in responding to one or two problems and always remained friendly, prompt, careful, and professional. Particularly impressive - the team leader was able to estimate with his hands whether all my dressers would fit next to each other. I thought it was impossible, but it fit to the centimeter. I also had Movers clean my old apartment, and I can only say good things about it. It was quick and thorough. The key handover and the handover to the landlord went smoothly. After my previous move with another provider was a complete disaster, I was in excellent hands with Movers from the initial quote to the final handover. The price-performance ratio was more than fair, and in the end, I was completely satisfied.
