El personal, el servicio, la ubicación, la vista y la comida fueron excepcionales. Vinimos a cenar allí y nos trataron como a la realeza. Teníamos sopa de cebolla, cola de langosta, entrecot, paleta de lamm, helado de crema agria con ruibarbo y fresas y tarta de limón. No recuerdo los nombres oficiales del menú. Muy orientado a los detalles, me impresionó el soporte para bolso que me proporcionaron para que mi bolso no quedara en el suelo o colgando de la silla. Equipo bien hecho. Recomiendo ampliamente The Brasserie RitzCoffier para una experiencia única.
Ubicación extraordinaria sobre el lago de Lucerna. La comida en un evento al que asistí fue excelente y se acentuó aún más por su impecable servicio. Este es un lugar muy especial para un evento privado especial.
Todo fue absolutamente asombroso. El servicio fue perfecto y la comida era atractiva, deliciosa y fantástica en cuanto a sabor. Quiero agradecer al Sr. Hubert Erni, al Sr. Jens y a la Sra. Manuela por el cálido y maravilloso servicio que brindaron. No sólo fueron amables, sino que también fueron muy competentes y profesionales. ¡Volvería en cualquier momento! ¡Gracias por esta maravillosa experiencia! ¡Muy recomendado!
RitzCoffier won a Michelin Star on 5 Feb about 2 weeks before my visit. And it is not hard to see why. The decor of the restaurant mimics a traditional kitchen with copper pans and pots and the seating is close together but spaced out enough to ensure privacy. The appetizers (smoked duck and Fois gras) were everything that epitomises a french restaurant with a Michelin star. The smoked duck displayed aspects of molecular gastronomy which always wins additional brownie points in my opinion. The main dish was the poularde (chicken), which despite having been one of the reasons the restaurant received its Michelin star, was rather disappointing. The chicken was dry and unimaginative with the accompaniment being a slight saviour in what was an overall lacklustre dish. As a result we did not stay for dessert as the portions are quite large. However overall the experience was positive and service was attentive and friendly.
Delicious from amuse bouche to friandise, all accompanied by a very welcoming, forthcoming and skilled team of staff! We had a wonderful evening and I can highly recommend spending a delightful evening in this restaurant.
