¡Parece que esta tienda es una estafa total! Hice un pedido hace un mes y desde entonces no he recibido los productos que pagué. Estuve intentando contactar con la tienda a través de formulario, email, whatsapp, instagram y facebook pero no contestan por ninguno de esos canales. Probablemente sea un fraude.

Gracias a BS24 pude conseguir mi perfume favorito, que lamentablemente dejó de fabricarse recientemente. También pregunté sobre el estado actual de la entrega e inmediatamente recibí una llamada muy amable y competente. El perfume llegó bien empaquetado.

Don't buy from this website! I was completely ripped off. I bought an item that I never received. After two weeks, I called, and the head of the company told me that the item was no longer available and that it was their mistake. He offered me a refund or a similar item. This gentleman was very articulate and friendly. In short, I accepted. I received the new item, but the color was much darker than the original. So I returned the item, but they never sent me a return label. I had to pay the €20 shipping fee. For two weeks, my package has been in transit, and today I finally received it. So, back to square one, and to top it off, the powder is completely damaged even though it was well-protected. I've been chasing after the manager for weeks. He's stopped answering my calls. In short, this man made €60 off me. I received a powder in a thousand pieces that is nothing like what I ordered. Avoid this site.

Ordered and paid on September 8th, and still no delivery. The shop only responds by phone, ignores emails, and offers no written confirmation of refunds in case of non-delivery. They also demand a cancellation fee of CHF 50. Very unprofessional and dubious... Never again!
