Roland Arn was recommended to us by our granddaughter (they knew each other from the fire department). He personally came by to provide a quote and then, within the specified time, painted our interior walls and sanded and repainted all the door frames. The work was carried out very cleanly, precisely, and to our complete satisfaction. The work area was always very tidy, and there were no unwanted stains.
