Pedí un nuevo monitor en YOULAP a través de Projekt Neptun. El proceso fue fácil. Como es un tipo de monitor nuevo, tengo que esperar un poco antes de que llegue. Pero hasta ahora todo parece estar bien.

I found this company through an Instagram ad and was in for a surprise. And not a pleasant one… Be sure to read their terms and conditions. (especially https://shop.youlap.ch/return) No other shop I know of—and certainly no reputable one—has such unrealistic return policies (40% refund for cancellations BEFORE the item is shipped, only with a plea and approval from customer service…). On top of that, there are handling fees (20%, minimum CHF 80) for order changes, and so on… And the device hasn't even been delivered yet. If things are already starting like this, I wonder what it will be like if a warranty claim arises, etc. Customer goodwill is probably a foreign concept here; there will likely be fees. Quite audacious for a newer company that should be earning customer trust 😳
