Distribuidor y taller Lotus muy competente. Les compré un Exige recientemente. No soy el cliente más fácil y a veces puedo ser un personaje un poco difícil o quisquilloso. Frank y el resto del equipo fueron muy pacientes conmigo y mostraron mucha buena voluntad hacia las pequeñas quejas que tuve con el auto (y las solucionaron perfectamente por buena voluntad DESPUÉS de que ya firmé el contrato). Esto me ha dado mucha confianza con ellos para el futuro. Sinceramente, ¡realmente aprecio esto! Visitarlos en Schötz siempre es como sentirse bienvenido en casa o en casa de un amigo. I was here to test drive a Lotus Exige and I have to say this was a unique customer experience. I contacted them on the Lotus website and got a callback right away, we could arrange an appointment very easily and I drove off fro Zürich to their location. From the salespeople, to the mechanics and also an old couple who I asume are the owners of the business everybody was extremely polite and friendly, and focusing all the time on "the experience". About the car, I've never driven anything like this, it takes a real driver to tame this beast, everything is manual and has a raw feeling to it, you are constantly connected to the road in a way that can only be understood by driving the car. If you are looking to buy or rent a Lotus I can wholeheartedly recommend to pay them a visit, you won't be dissappointed. I'll be back for sure to test the Lotus Emira when it becomes available.
