I bought a Dream x50 Ultra 11 days ago, and it's had a technical problem since I bought it. I first contacted Dream customer service (which is very good), and after a long back-and-forth, Dream told me it was a hardware problem and that I should go to Interdiscount. I called Interdiscount first to pre-register, but the woman on the phone brushed me off, didn't understand me (her German wasn't very good), and I had to repeat myself repeatedly. She didn't know her terms and conditions or anything about the service. Very poor service, unfriendly, and unhelpful. I had to go to the Interdiscount branch in Wankdorf because they refused to service me in Ostermundigen. I will avoid Interdiscount from now on.
