Nia & Human Design I hadn't heard of either Nia or Human Design before I went for a Human Design reading with Sabrina. During the reading, she provided a wealth of accurate information, delved deeply into the subject, and revealed new insights that resonated with my innermost self and helped me move forward in my life. When she then organized a Nia retreat, I knew I had to be there, even though I didn't know anything about Nia. The weekend was beautiful and healing. All the participants were incredibly welcoming and warm; everyone could be 100% themselves and was celebrated for their individuality.
