I've had my bike for three years, and my boyfriend now has one too :-). We're very happy with the bikes; they're great quality, made locally, and everyone at Cylan is very friendly. We cycled around Lake Thun together.

Top-notch service! We signed up for a test ride and were able to be met outside of opening hours. Coffee to start, followed by a professional and very friendly explanation of the e-bikes. Then an extended test ride with bikes prepared to our needs. We made the purchase – top value for money! And today the delivery: perfect from start to finish, including a test ride with the bikes perfectly adjusted to our needs. Spontaneous assistance with loading the bikes onto the rear carrier. Completely satisfied, we will happily recommend this company to our friends and family.
