El personal fue muy cortés y servicial. Nos proporcionó toda la información que necesitábamos para llegar al Monte Pilatus. Nos recomendaron tomar el teleférico, luego el tren de cremallera y un barco con el que pudimos ver Suiza de diferentes maneras.

Personal increíblemente grosero e inútil. Compré los boletos en línea y quería asegurarme de que íbamos al lugar correcto y todo. La mujer de la tienda dijo que era fácil. Le pedí que señalara el mapa y me ayudara y fue muy grosera y me despachó rápidamente. No había nadie en la tienda, ella estaba parada detrás del escritorio mirando a la gente. Espero que sea único. De todos modos, la gente de la Terminal es mucho más útil que ir a esta tienda.

Staff both too important and busy talking between each other to be helpful. (No other customers in the shop) Do you have this shirt in the 2XL size please? No. Do you know where I could get one? Answer - up the mountain! Both attendants had a look of contempt as if to say don't bother me. We were up the mountain yesterday and didn't see any of the shirts they told us to go up the mountain to buy. Went to a shop round the corner and an extremely helpful staff member at Weber's World had the shirt we wanted and found us the size we wanted . Forget the Pilatus shop if that's what they call service. Usually like to see service employed but glad we bought our tickets to the mountain online in this case

The staff was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed to get to Pilatus. We got recommend to take the cable car then the cogwheel train and a boat which we were able to see Switzerland in different ways.
