Mudarse siempre es estresante. Subito lo hizo menos ya que eran profesionales con un toque personal. Los encargados de la mudanza fueron amables, educados y se negaron incluso a dejarme mover un dedo. Un agradecimiento especial a Erhan por organizar todo, desde el montaje de los muebles hasta el equipo de limpieza y la entrega. ¡Arriba!

Normalmente no escribo reseñas en Google. Pero esta vez tengo que compartir nuestra experiencia con honestidad y espero que pueda ser información útil para cualquiera que quiera utilizar el servicio de limpieza que brinda esta empresa. Lamentamos mucho tener que utilizar el servicio de limpieza del Subito. El equipo de limpieza ha causado daños en la puerta del armario de la cocina y lo ha negado. Cuando notamos los daños llamamos a Subito inmediatamente. El propietario respondió: no es importante, lo más importante es la exitosa entrega del apartamento. No discutimos y asumimos que lo arreglarían antes de la cita de entrega. Pero en la cita de entrega, la puerta del armario sigue colgada allí sin ser reparada. El personal de entrega llamó a la empresa para confirmar y luego me dijeron que el daño no fue causado por el equipo de limpieza, lo cual es mentira. Los equipos de limpieza no fueron honestos al respecto. Para resumir: 1. Si no te importa que los muebles se dañen durante la limpieza, puedes considerar esta empresa. 2. Si no te importa dejar la llave unos días (para nosotros fue de viernes a lunes) puedes considerar esta empresa 3. Si no le importa que el personal llegue unos minutos tarde pero luego recibe una llamada de su equipo y le echa la culpa groseramente por haber dejado esperar al equipo de limpieza, puede considerar esta empresa. Siendo honesto, también tengo que compartir eso: 4. No queríamos dejar nuestra llave al equipo de limpieza durante tantos días, el dueño de la empresa fue receptivo y nos encontró una solución. 5. El servicio de mudanza estuvo bien, el personal de mudanzas fue muy cuidadoso al realizar la mudanza, a diferencia del personal de limpieza, que rompieron la ventana de las paredes y dejaron algunas marcas. 6. El equipo de la oficina fue muy receptivo.

Subito fue la mejor elección que pude haber hecho mientras me mudaba. El equipo fue excelente ya que desmantelaron todo correctamente, lo movieron y lo ensamblaron mejor que antes. El equipo de la oficina también fue muy receptivo, por lo que se garantiza un servicio sin preocupaciones.

Update in regards to the cleaning crew today! Absolutely terrible and to be avoided, the apartment was dirtier then when we left it. They damaged the floor by wiping it too wet. The entire wooden floor in the kitchen suddenly had brown spots everywhere, that couldn’t be removed. And the worst part is that they blatantly lied into our faces saying that they were there already when they arrived! The cellar wasn’t even brushed, cupboards and windows were dirty, cobwebs, dust and hair on the floor. Plus they were extremely rude! We moved today and everything was top notch and worked out without a hitch. Therefore we highly recommend their services.

Price in the end was twice as much!! Incredible terrible experience, unprofessional would never chose again for several reasons. Would highly recommend to search for a different provider. Several reasons - First of all the company forgot the job and did not arrive. When we called them and told them we had a written confirmation of the date and time they joined three hours later causing several delays and did not even apologize. When we told them that several services are dependent on completing the job on time (cleaning team etc. and we would ask them to cover any costs related to the delay the answer was just "Money is not everything" and black mailed us to not come at all) - Second they had an exact list of items and parts which needed to be destructed including photos of the items and had provided me with a written confirmation that they only need one moving transporter/one way. At the end they needed to go twice and charged the full hours even if it was their fault as they entered rush hour through the delay. Even one of their temporary employees got highly frustrated and said he will resign and not work for such an unprofessional company again - Third the dowel removal service that was confirmed as well did not take place causing inconvenience with the new tenant who did not have a "ready" apartment Overall the price was more than twice as much as in the original offer despite there were no changes from our side to the original offer. We will ask for legal advice
