Sativa has a very large selection of seeds. They were also well packaged and shipped with an invoice. The shop is well-organized and easy to navigate. Two things could be improved in my opinion. - Long waiting times for shipments. After the order is placed, you are only informed that everything will take longer due to a stock change. This should be noted before ordering. Not everyone has two to three weeks to wait. - Some seed packets don't provide information about planting time, harvest time, spacing, depth, and other detailed information. You have to look this up yourself online and write it down. It would be more convenient if it were already printed. Thank you very much.
I had a technical problem with my online order. When I called to report the issue, I received excellent, professional assistance. My order was immediately processed manually, and the next day I even received a status report on the troubleshooting via email. I was very impressed with the fast and extremely friendly service, which is rare to find these days.
