Siempre que pienso en cerveza lo primero y más importante que me viene a la mente es el Hopfenfisch!!! Y estos días solo estoy persiguiendo una cosa: botellas de cerveza tuyas y saludos..!! Amigos, definitivamente les encanta!!!!!!!

¡Una cervecería artesanal absolutamente fantástica! 🍺 Inmediatamente puedes sentir la pasión que pone en su trabajo. Las cervezas son excepcionales: diversas, aromáticas y perfectamente equilibradas. Aprecio especialmente que todo se haga internamente, lo que le da a las cervezas un carácter verdaderamente único. Además, el equipo es increíblemente acogedor: inmediatamente te sientes como en casa y bien atendido. Ya sea que sea un amante experimentado de la cerveza o un recién llegado curioso, aquí hay algo que a todos les encantará. Altamente recomendado – ¡Definitivamente regresaré! 🙌

Lo que escribe el desconocido "Estado del Sur" en su reseña no refleja en absoluto lo que hemos vivido desde que empezamos a visitar este establecimiento hace muchísimos meses. Los propietarios son siempre increíblemente amables, reciben a los huéspedes con gran calidez y son extremadamente generosos. Las copas de degustación son de tamaño estándar. No todas las cervezas se adaptan a los gustos de todos los bebedores. Sin embargo, por unos pocos francos se puede pedir un "vuelo de cerveza" y probar varias cervezas diferentes. Es una pena que este tipo de reseñas se escriban por frustración, por cualquier motivo, lo que dificulta la vida de las empresas jóvenes. Estos propietarios trabajan con mucha pasión e invierten muchas horas de su tiempo libre en construir este fantástico negocio. Avanza; Muchos de sus invitados aprecian Hopfenfisch, la taberna y a ustedes como amables anfitriones.

The first time I visited this brewery was to buy some beers as gifts. My initial impression was okay. An hour later, I decided to treat myself to some beers to take home and stopped by again. When I politely asked if I could try a particular beer, they reluctantly produced a tiny shot glass. Apparently, they were trying not to be too generous... I've never experienced such stinginess towards a paying customer. Unfortunately, the beer itself wasn't to my taste either. It was disappointing and completely overpriced. That was definitely my last visit. What a shame.

While on vacation searching for Swiss craft beers, I came across Hopfenfisch, among others, but unfortunately the taproom was closed. I contacted Pino, and he arranged for me to come and have a look around. The brewer is a really nice guy; we chatted a bit, and I learned a little about the brewery. I even got to taste his Festbier straight from the tank, and in the end, a few beers are coming back with me to Schleswig-Holstein. Thanks so much for your time and the drinks. Not only is the beer exceptionally delicious, but the taproom is also fantastic and perfectly suited for events. Last night (June 1st, 2024) with the blues/soul band "Soulfood" was absolutely amazing! A fantastic band, a great atmosphere, an enthusiastic audience, very friendly staff, and dedicated hosts. Many thanks to all the performers and band members. The trip from Appenzell was totally worth it.
