Desafortunadamente, debido a una fuerte lluvia mientras mi toldo estaba extendido, los brazos se rompieron. Por lo tanto, era necesario repararlo o reemplazarlo. Las diferencias en servicio y ofertas fueron enormes. En algunos casos, no recibí respuesta durante mucho tiempo, no asistieron a las citas acordadas o nadie se presentó. En general, esta fue una experiencia muy frustrante con las otras empresas. Entonces me sentí aún más aliviado al encontrar Warema Schweiz GmbH. El trabajo se completó de manera profesional, confiable y a mi entera satisfacción. Me gustaría felicitar especialmente a la Sra. Planje, quien me brindó un asesoramiento muy competente y siempre fue muy considerada con mi disponibilidad, asegurando que todo estuviera perfectamente planificado. Los instaladores y técnicos también fueron extremadamente educados, corteses y profesionales. En todo momento se palpó un ambiente positivo y quedó claro que los empleados disfrutaban trabajando en Warema. Esto me sorprendió gratamente. Es maravilloso ver que empresas como ésta todavía existen. Las cinco estrellas son totalmente merecidas y recomiendo de todo corazón Warema Schweiz GmbH. 😊

La estación meteorológica Warema Wisotronic está diseñada para medir el sol y la lluvia. Desafortunadamente, no resiste los rayos ultravioleta. Después de tres años, el pluviómetro ha fallado constantemente y registra lluvia continua. Ahora estamos en el tercero y también está en sus últimas etapas. Un producto absolutamente caro y de pésima calidad. Nuestro distribuidor nos recomendó montarlo a la sombra bajo un toldo. ¿Cómo medirá allí la lluvia y la luminosidad?

We've had a very unpleasant experience with this company, and we know what we're talking about. We own several properties where we've installed products from Griesser and Schenker, as well as Warema. When we report defects to the first two companies, their technicians arrive within a maximum of three days and repair them. With Warema, however, you have to wait up to three months for a repair. This is unacceptable, and therefore this review is justified.

We had a slanted roller shutter installed by Warema about three years ago. For the first two and a half years, the motorized shutter worked poorly, until it finally stopped working altogether. After some back and forth with the company, the installer was able to purchase a discounted replacement and installed it. Now, after six months, this one has also broken down, and I certainly won't be using this company again.

In June 2023, my defective awnings were removed. Since then, the company has ignored me. My calls are fobbed off with messages like, "We'll call you back immediately, our colleague is handling the case," "The case isn't available right now, we'll call you back," or "We'll have to contact the parent company, we don't have any materials and will call you back." Of course, there are no return calls, and the emails say they're waiting for a delivery date. This email came on July 31, 2023!!! Now it's October! Customer service is definitely not a priority here. DISASTROPHIC. Not even worth one star.
