Driving back and forth in a quiet neighborhood at 3:45 a.m., searching for a car, is unacceptable. Then starting and stopping the engine, squealing brakes – even worse. It's an absolute outrage to wake up the entire neighborhood at that hour. A complete no-go.

I wasn't exactly amused when one of their Iveco trucks literally tailgated me from Hitzkirch almost to Baldegg on May 22nd, 2025, shortly before 1 p.m. And I was driving at the speed limit. It's possible the driver will see the police in his rearview mirror next time.

Terrible customer service. I called this morning specifically to inquire whether the product was in stock and if I, as a non-customer, could purchase it. They said it was no problem and I could pay by card on site. Unfortunately, I drove 60 km for nothing. According to the manager, that's not possible. Even after a second inquiry by the friendly and customer-oriented employee at the counter, it remained the same. We work with several electrical installation companies and will be asking them about their suppliers before awarding contracts in the future. We guarantee that no materials from Sonepar will be coming into our business.
