HE: Better not, what if the bolt isn't included? Me: Then order the complete frame set. It's urgent for me. ... He: No... Me: I'm happy to pay in advance! No, I won't do that. So, even though I was also interested in the Topston, I left the store. I called Bauer Sport in Zurich, which is much farther away, and sent a photo of the instructions where the bolt is shown. I was able to stop by that afternoon and pick it up. I also got new grips and a shirt. Plus another spare part order. Sales of CHF 400 and a new regular customer. All from a motivated store employee.
