From my perspective, I can only say: If 10 stars were possible, I would give them. I can imagine that there are situations where individual customers didn't receive the level of service that Arval personally provided me – as reflected in some one-star reviews. On the other hand, some one-star reviews are completely disproportionate, for example, when a restaurant with excellent food serves Coke Zero instead of regular Coke. That's simply unfair. Everything is relative. In my case, the onboarding process was extremely easy and very quick. Even my accident in Corsica was handled very quickly and professionally. The issue that we only had a debit card and not a credit card – which is a requirement with almost all rental car companies – was also resolved for us without any problems. In addition, we received a significantly better vehicle (VW e-Bus) for the remaining two weeks of our vacation. The extra hotel night and the return flight were organized and fully covered. Overall, simply top-notch. Without Arval, we would have been lost in this situation. Many thanks to them.
