I don't recommend this company at all. They charge CHF 45 for administrative costs for a replacement blind part. The material was picked up from their warehouse. That's just plain rude, considering the value of the goods was CHF 120. I had to inquire three times before the replacement part was delivered, and they didn't mention that I had to pay CHF 45.

Absolutely outrageous! I contacted this company for a repair, and without even inspecting the blinds, they immediately suggested replacing them (claiming there were no spare parts and they couldn't be repaired) and then sent me an expensive quote. A technician from another company then fixed the problem manually within 30 minutes. Definitely not recommended!
