El personal del hotel es muy amable y servicial, me dieron dos trozos de chocolate cuando me registré. Me estaba quedando aquí debido a la guerra de Irán, mi vuelo fue cancelado, por lo que Etihad organizó que nos quedáramos aquí. Tuvieron buena cena y desayuno buffet. Lo bonito y limpio y espacioso. ¿El único inconveniente fue que la vista de la ventana de mi habitación es literalmente el techo de McDonald's? Pero aparte de eso, todo fue increíble. Me encanta este hotel y la gente que lo mantuvo.

Fue muy fácil llegar al hotel, a sólo 5-10 minutos con el servicio de transporte del hotel que sale cada 30 minutos desde fuera de la terminal del aeropuerto. La habitación era grande, limpia y cómoda pero un poco cálida para mi gusto. El aire acondicionado no parecía hacer nada más que hacer ruido, así que al final lo apagué. También hubiera sido bueno tener una nevera en la habitación.

This is NOT at the airport. It is 20 minutes by car and there are NO early morning shuttles. Staff was very unhelpful when we wanted to change hotels. Offered a rate at Radisson Blu higher than was on the website and was unable to make a reservation for us. There are no nearby services. The issues just continue. The shuttle is free FROM the airport but you have to pay to get back. The next shuttle wasn’t even running for 40 minutes. We had to pay an Uber to get back. Spoke to the manager Afzaal Sikander, who just kept making excuses and offered no solution to the problem. Last time I will ever stay at a Radisson.

This hotel is not attached to the airport. You need to pay 10 franks per person if you want a shuttle to the airport or it’s a 60 chf taxi ride away. The name is deceitful. The staff are very nice and helpful. It is a 10 minute walk from the Rumlang train station so you can get to Zurich pretty easily. The rooms are very spacious although the setup is odd. The showers are connected to the rest of the room so theres really no privacy if you are staying there with someone else. You literally step out of the shower into the bedroom, theres no divider or curtain or separate room. The toilets also reminded me of an airplane toilet
