Llevo más de 1 año yendo a esta tintorería pero ya no utilizaré este servicio. El personal no es agradable (ni una sonrisa ni un saludo agradable) y el servicio es deficiente. Una funda de edredón para limpiar y planchar ahora tarda 2 semanas... fue 1 semana... ¡fuera de temporada turística también! Así se veía mi doona cuando la desempaqué. Ahora plancharé mi funda de edredón porque hicieron un mal trabajo. Consulte la foto.
Tal vez hagan un buen trabajo, tal vez no, pero para una instalación tan grande no pudieron devolvernos una bolsa bastante pequeña de ropa sucia durante 5 días, así que fuimos a otro lado... tampoco estaba ocupado con turistas... muy extraño 🤔... aparentemente 😉…

Very poor customer service from Ms. Leoni in Saanen. We received clothes that didn't belong to us, and they also lost our clothes. Not even a word of apology was offered.
