Revistas interesantes, pero me han hecho varios cargos por revistas a las que no me he suscrito. Voy a disputar estos cargos y solicitar un reembolso por el dinero cobrado. Es una verdadera lástima que exista este tipo de práctica.
Desde hace unos cuatro años estoy suscrito a varias publicaciones del SNI y, en general, estoy muy satisfecho. La información es confiable y crea conciencia sobre enfoques terapéuticos alternativos. Esto no significa abandonar por completo los remedios químicos sintéticos cuando resulten necesarios. Aprecio particularmente Alternative-Bien-être y Plantes Bien-être. A pesar de estar familiarizado con la homeopatía desde hace mucho tiempo, estas publicaciones han cambiado mi perspectiva sobre la medicina alopática y me he vuelto aún más cauteloso al respecto. Entre otras cosas, descubrí el mundo de la medicina herbaria y los aceites esenciales, que ahora juegan un papel importante en mi vida y la de mis amigos y familiares. Sólo me gustaría señalar un pequeño inconveniente con respecto al sistema de suscripción: se necesita una mayor flexibilidad, permitiendo a los usuarios cancelar una suscripción si lo desean, sin que se les vuelva a suscribir automáticamente (y sin tener que tomar medidas después de un cargo no deseado). Fue así como noté que mi espacio personal no había sido actualizado y aún contenía varias publicaciones de las que me había dado de baja oportunamente. Dicho esto, el equipo del SNI reaccionó muy bien y rápidamente. Me gustaría agradecerles aquí por la alta calidad de su trabajo.
Interesting journals that I appreciate, but since SNI Editions took 199 euros from my account when I didn't ask for it, I just subscribed to a JOurnal de la Médecine journal for 29 euros. All this because they keep your credit card number and use it without telling you. This has been going on for a month to get reimbursed. I am forced to call on a government fraud prevention service, because I have no news about this reimbursement. I will never resubscribe.
Their letters and magazines are serious and of high quality. Since I started reading them, I pay more attention to what I cook, I know how to treat most childhood illnesses without going to the doctor, and I notice the early warning signs of potential health problems. My life has changed, and it has freed up my energy to manage my large family.
Very angry! I did a 3-month free trial for health and nutrition in November 2015, and what a surprise when I was charged 24 euros from my account in February 2016 for a one-year subscription to which I never agreed. I contacted the site (very difficult to know my subscription number, because the mailing contains a lot of numbers whose meaning we don't know), no response and so I received 12 issues. February 2017 it is no longer 24 euros but 59 euros that the editors charge me: I redo the steps to unsubscribe on their site: but still no response from them! So avoid subscribing: you can get all the information on health for free on honest sites!
