Hasta ahora siempre he estado satisfecho con las tarjetas, pero hubo algunos problemas con mi último pedido. Después de un error gráfico que no vi en la vista previa, me comuniqué con ellos y les expliqué mi problema. Me dijeron que debería haberlo visto antes de realizar el pedido. Obtuve un descuento del 50% en un pedido repetido, pero como no creo que el error fuera mío, no le veo el sentido. Simplemente creo que es una pena que no hayan reemplazado estas tarjetas de forma gratuita como gesto de buena voluntad para un cliente de larga data. Al fin y al cabo, valían más de 200 francos suizos.

Siempre ha funcionado bien, pero últimamente las tarjetas antiguas sólo se guardan durante un máximo de cinco meses. Quería utilizar una tarjeta del año pasado... Lamentablemente, eso ya no es posible.
Priority shipment — delivery date yesterday — ordered for a party. Still hasn't arrived today. According to Swiss Post, the sender could have upgraded it to express delivery, which would ensure timely arrival. This wasn't done. Instead, the money was refunded. Now we're left without a gift.

Very good, everything worked perfectly (as described) and the tickets arrived within the predicted time. The prices are quite high, so it doesn't get 5 stars.
