¡Me gustaría felicitar a Lars Horst! Hizo un trabajo fantástico para mí personalmente. Tuve una emergencia en el restaurante y él respondió de inmediato, por lo que mi problema de electricidad se resolvió lo más rápido posible. Empleados como él valen su peso en oro. Ojalá estuviera siempre ahí.
The billing for the work performed was incorrect. Seven hours were overcharged, but this was corrected after I raised a complaint. However, two hours were charged for a site visit to prepare a quote, which took 30 minutes. I never received a quote; it was forgotten. However, the construction workers did the work very well.
Good work done. However, the bill for 40-45 minutes of work was charged at 3 hours and 15 minutes, costing over €400. After complaining, it was corrected, but the reply was very rude.
A trustworthy company with excellent employees. They billed fairly for the work performed. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to others. Thank you all!
