El peor servicio al cliente que he experimentado jamás. El joven no tiene absolutamente ninguna motivación. Como ya han mencionado otros, su teléfono es más importante para él que los clientes. Nada recomendable y una absoluta vergüenza.

Las otras reseñas lo dicen todo. El peor quiosco de todos los tiempos. Gente desmotivada. A veces se espera al menos 20 minutos hasta que el joven finalmente regresa del baño. Constantemente en su teléfono celular, generalmente con un amigo sentado allí charlando también. Hoy, 25 de julio de 2025, todavía estaba cerrado a las 7:56 am, a pesar de que el horario de apertura dice 7:30 am. Si trabajara así, podría salir el mismo día. Conozco muy bien a un ex empleado y lo que escuchas te pone los pelos de punta. El único consuelo es la señora mayor que lamentablemente sólo trabaja allí a tiempo parcial. Informarlo en el quiosco no ayuda en absoluto. La madre del empleado es la jefa. Mi conclusión: mejor ir al Avec de Seuzi Bahnhof o al quiosco de Migros Rosenberg.

This young man is in the wrong place! He's always on his cell phone, signaling that he doesn't want to be disturbed! No hello, no thank you, no goodbye!!! If I see him behind the window, I won't go to the kiosk!!! Sad story!!! Kind regards

This is the most unfriendly kiosk I've ever been to. If the owner's son is there, go to a different kiosk. He's incredibly rude. While serving customers, he's busy on the phone or chatting with his colleague (who's sitting inside the kiosk). It's just unacceptable. And when you pay by card, he turns around and goes to the back as soon as you place the card on the reader. I wonder when things will finally improve. I've already contacted K-Kiosk, but it was largely unsuccessful. I'd rather give them zero stars. They don't deserve them.

I was sent away at 7:47 pm; they said they could only pay by card now... no more cash because the nice lady was already ringing up the payment. Luckily, there's no Coop anymore.
