¡Extremadamente servicial y amigable desde el momento en que abrió la tienda! El producto que quería estaba agotado. El amable asistente de ventas se tomó el tiempo de comprobar en línea qué sucursal todavía lo tenía. ¡Eso es lo que yo llamo un servicio al cliente ejemplar! Desafortunadamente, hoy en día es más la excepción que la regla, ¡y es por eso que este tipo de dedicación merece una reseña! ¡Avanza!

I wanted to buy two inexpensive smartphones. I was told they would be ready in about 30 minutes because they needed to be reset from demo mode, as they were the latest models and display units. When I returned, they were still attached to the stand. Another salesperson then asked the person in charge how far along they were; the person's lips and expression said, "Oh, I forgot." I was then bluntly told that the smartphones had a technical defect, not just all of them, which is why they couldn't be reset. Forgotten, lied to, wasted time – resulting in no sale and a lost customer. This is unacceptable! They really need to rethink this.
