Si eres un expatriado, mi consejo es que será mejor que huyas de esta empresa. No facilitan para nada la comunicación, tardan mucho en responder los correos electrónicos (o directamente no responden) y siempre me fue imposible tener a alguien que me ayudara en inglés, aunque les hice saber desde que presenté la solicitud por primera vez que no hablo bien alemán. Fue el peor servicio y trato que he experimentado por parte de una compañía de seguros en toda mi vida, después de vivir en un cantón suizo, Reino Unido, Australia y España diferentes.

Very competent, incredibly fast with billing, and emails are answered super quickly. Everything works even better with the app, and it's clearly laid out and easy to use. Our experience with this health insurance provider was outstanding. All claims for the entire family were processed quickly, completely, and correctly. We hardly needed to contact them at all throughout the year. Our administrative burden was significantly lower than with any of our previous insurers. Hats off! Some of the larger providers could learn a thing or two from them! Unfortunately, premiums in our region rose sharply for 2026, which is why we had to switch providers despite our exceptionally positive experience.

I contacted them via email regarding a matter. The very next day I received a message that everything had been processed and was on its way to me. The whole thing was handled very politely. I'm not used to that kind of service from health insurance companies. Thank you.
