My experience was: -competent advice -cost estimate -quick service (1 night) -friendly staff -detailed invoice via email -very clean bike (almost like new 😉) The only downside was that the cost was about €100 higher than initially discussed because some additional major work was required, and I generally found the costs rather high. However, I don't want to complain, as good work deserves fair compensation, and safety comes first! Thank you, and see you next time!

Bad service! Never go there for service or buy a bike!!!! I wanted to have a frame lock installed on my ST5, but I was told it wouldn't work because my fender was too wide... It was no problem with my ST3... exactly the same fender... They then sold me a folding lock without telling me how much it would cost or whether it was okay. On top of that, I arrived 25 minutes before closing time, and I had the feeling they weren't happy about having to serve me. You pay at least an extra 180 Swiss francs for servicing bikes that aren't from their shop!!! Don't go there! Better go to Oberwangen or Muri!!
