As a frustrated resident of a property receiving deliveries, I am specifically reviewing the nighttime delivery service: The drivers who deliver packages at night are far too insensitive to noise and are not provided with the appropriate equipment (quiet pallet trucks) or the necessary training and awareness for working at night. Unfortunately, it happens regularly and frequently that deliveries to our property between 1:00 and 5:00 a.m. are accompanied by clattering pallet trucks being pulled across the asphalt and lifts as if it were perfectly normal, engines running, and a radio with the windows down, providing entertainment in a foreign language for the neighborhood. Conversations with the drivers and the dispatch department or management are always constructive, but unfortunately, little or nothing changes afterward, or only for a short time. Once the next driver is assigned, the whole thing starts again. I am happy to revise this assessment if an improvement in the situation becomes apparent.
I am very satisfied with the service from Senn Transport; the people on the phone were always friendly and helpful.
