El hotel en sí es bonito y acogedor, pero lo que no es bonito es la actitud de los propietarios. Nunca he conocido gente más desagradable. Se niegan a reconocer cualquier error y actúan como si se tratara de una villa de 100 millones de dólares, a pesar de que hay cientos de hoteles similares o mejores. Había visto reseñas que mencionaban su actitud antes y pensé que los clientes podrían haber causado los problemas. Desafortunadamente, no fueron los clientes, fueron los propietarios. Ego más alto que las montañas circundantes.

¡Tuve la estadía más maravillosa en Caschu Alp Boutique Hotel! Mi habitación era realmente lujosa: impecablemente limpia, increíblemente cómoda y tan acogedora que, sinceramente, no quería irme. Las impresionantes vistas hicieron que la experiencia fuera aún más especial, y la ubicación es perfecta si estás planeando una caminata temprano en la mañana a lo largo de la cresta Stoos. Los propietarios hicieron todo lo posible para hacerme sentir bienvenido con una genuina hospitalidad de 5 estrellas. No solo prepararon un hermoso desayuno continental con fruta fresca, croissants y más, sino que también me ayudaron a planificar mi caminata, mostrándome la mejor ruta y aconsejándome cuándo y dónde tomar el telesilla para subir a la montaña. Su guía hizo que mi caminata fuera mucho más suave y placentera. También cené en el restaurante gourmet del hotel y la comida estuvo absolutamente divina. La sopa de patatas y puerros era reconfortante y sabrosa, y los tallarines de trufa eran ricos, indulgentes e inolvidables. Esta fue la escapada ideal para mi viaje en solitario a Suiza y ojalá me hubiera quedado más tiempo. Definitivamente regresaré. ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente a cualquiera que busque una combinación de comodidad, encanto y paisajes inolvidables!
This is such a great hotel! The rooms are updated, modern, and very comfortable. Remote controlled blackout shades in the room! It's the perfect spot after a long day of hiking. The food was delicious! The couple who owns the hotel and restaurant have very high standards for cleanliness and food, and were very welcoming to us on arrival. The restaurant was elegant! We would stay and eat here again if given the chance, and will recommend to family and friends visiting Stoos!
Every now and then you come across a surprise that’s perfect. Stoos is a tiny, quaint hill town - not much but ideally peaceful with the sounds of cow bells during the summer months. The Caschu Alp is run by the most gracious, attentive hosts. The rooms are nice and well suited to the Stoos setting. The restaurant and cuisine are outstanding playing off the freshest of local ingredients and care. My only regret is not being able to stay here longer than 2.5 days.
The service here is outstanding, the staff are attentive and welcoming and the owners are incredibly friendly, which makes the whole place feel inviting. The atmosphere is full of good vibes, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a meal. And I have to say, their Apfelstrudel is absolutely the best I’ve had in Switzerland! Highly recommended!
