He estado esperando durante semanas para borrar un código simple para mi antiguo vehículo arrendado. A pesar de los repetidos correos electrónicos, llamadas telefónicas y promesas, hasta la fecha no ha sucedido nada. Nadie se siente responsable, no hay respuestas y el caso simplemente se pospone. Este comportamiento es simplemente inaceptable para una empresa financiera. Los clientes aquí aparentemente tienen que esperar falta de comunicación y retrasos interminables. Muy decepcionante.
Definitivamente NO los llamaría un socio de arrendamiento de buena reputación. Basta con mirar las reseñas de esta empresa... Mi contrato de compra/arrendamiento era de CHF 32,00 - me cobraron CHF 36,200 - eso es CHF 4,200 demasiado...... Te deseo mucha suerte, pero ya no conmigo.....
El nivel de incompetencia es incomparable. Los empleados (si es que se les puede llamar así) son completamente incompetentes. Llevan semanas esperando que se elimine un código que lleva cuatro años en uso. No pueden o no quieren (me imagino bien a estas personas) siquiera contactar a sus propios empleados. Los correos electrónicos se responden al cabo de días y nunca con una solución, sino con referencias que no tienen sentido. Para empresas y empleados como estos, Google debería permitir la opción de dejar críticas negativas.
Worst customer service ever, no point in calling them they will never answer.
As a long-time Opel Finance customer, I would like to share my recent experience with the company. Unfortunately, my last contact with their customer service was extremely unsatisfactory and left a negative impression. First, I encountered unfriendly staff on the phone who were unable to provide any real assistance. It was frustrating that I had to make several calls to obtain information that should be readily available. Furthermore, I received invoices from Germany without the necessary payment slips. This meant I had to chase them down to get my bank details. This extra effort could have been avoided. Unfortunately, the situation didn't improve when, after a few days, I received a standard email instructing me to create the payment slip myself. As a loyal customer, I find it unacceptable to be made responsible for a basic service. It should go without saying that Opel Finance provides the necessary documentation and makes the payment process as easy as possible for its customers. Overall, my experience with Opel Finance was characterized by inconvenience and a lack of efficient customer service. It is regrettable that I, as a customer, experienced so many difficulties and that the company's communication needs improvement. I hope that Opel Finance considers this review as constructive feedback and takes appropriate measures to prevent such problems in the future. As a long-standing customer, I hope for positive changes and improved customer service from Opel Finance.
Competent service should be a company's top priority. This company, however, is incredibly customer-unfriendly and unhelpful; it couldn't be worse. Supervisors, of course, are always unavailable! They only put obstacles in your way, not remove them. My conclusion: I will NEVER consider this bank.
