Traje un Jura z5 funcionando bien, el único problema fue una pequeña fuga de agua y me dijeron que 3 piezas estaban rotas y había que cambiarlas. Y costaría 440 CHF. Vaya... ¡¡¡No lo arreglé allí, solo pagué 45 CHF por abrir y cerrar y perdí algunos tornillos!!! Un amigo mío lo arregló con 2 destornilladores y nunca abrió una cafetera. Solo lo limpié y un poco de lubricación. Eso es todo. Han pasado 3 meses y funcionando a las mil maravillas desde entonces. Tenga cuidado con el gran fraude. También escuché de algunas otras personas. ¿A mí? Nunca más
Excelente servicio, muchas veces recibimos un espresso de los granos que nos interesaba probar. Compré una máquina de café sencilla y recibí un excelente servicio.

Five stars for outstanding service and quality! I would like to express my highest praise to the Mingmatic company in Sursee. The employees there are always exceptionally friendly and always respond to individual customer requests with patience and attention. The product range is clearly laid out, excellently maintained, and always neatly presented. You can clearly see that the team is continuously training, as the advice is truly first-class. The price-performance ratio also leaves nothing to be desired. It's nice to see that they really take the time for their customers and even offer a free coffee with every visit. I would particularly like to emphasize the excellent service for minor repairs: These are carried out immediately on-site, which is incredibly convenient. Mingmatic also offers free home delivery and installation and has a very professional workshop that repairs the coffee machines right on-site. Overall, I can highly recommend Mingmatic. Everything is just perfect here – from the friendliness and competence to the all-round, worry-free service. Five stars and a big thank you to the entire team!
