Received a delivery this morning – the driver was unpleasant, abusive, and in a bad mood. He couldn't bring the cart inside without my employee's help, who, incidentally, injured her finger in the process. Until now, all the delivery drivers unloaded on their own.

It's very nice there. When you arrive and go to reception, you're always greeted warmly. Everything in the warehouse is tidy, and the staff are helpful. 😀
