Muy buen servicio. Los trabajadores son super amables y explican bien las cosas. El único inconveniente es que hay que llevar el barco durante 5-10 minutos hasta el río. Se baja en Eichholz y se devuelve el barco en un contenedor amarillo.
Una experiencia maravillosa y exclusivamente suiza a través de una compañía maravillosa. Los chicos nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitábamos para 2 mayores y un niño de 9 años, e incluso nos ofrecieron un barco más grande y un carrito para bajarlo al río gratis. Hicieron un esfuerzo adicional en todos los sentidos y la experiencia valió la pena. Fuimos sin guía, a pesar de que era nuestra primera vez, lo cual, si estás bien y puedes escuchar las instrucciones, fue fácil de navegar.
El personal es extremadamente amable, servicial y conocedor. El equipo era de gran calidad. ¡Los recomiendo mucho para esta experiencia! PD: el interior del barco tiene un poco de agua, por lo que realmente necesitas aprovechar las bolsas secas; cualquier cosa que no esté mal se mojará mucho. Y si traes a tu perro, será mejor que esté sentado en tu regazo todo el tiempo 😂
The river is great. We had a great time there, but I kind of expected to be taken back to where we started from, after we got out of the river. In stead we were told to use public transport back. Luckily, I set off on my own, to pick up the car, and left the family behind at the river. It took me more than an hour to get back to where they were. If I would have brought the kids on that epic trek, back to the car, we would have had problems. After four hours on the river, no way they could have made a long trek, in the heat, with all the gear. The boat was fine but, in my opinion, that only half the service. I would choose another operator next time.
Fantastic company to rent from. Took a big boat down the river, much lighter to carry than it looks. Staff explained how it all works really easily and met us in Eichholz where we returned the boat to them. Afterwards they explained to us how to get back to Bern from there.
We had an amazing day out on the river! The boat was in excellent condition, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The booking process was smooth, and everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for a fun and relaxing day trip!
