Tuve una experiencia maravillosa con SINHAS durante mi estancia en su apartamento amueblado en Hirzenbachstraße, 8051 Zurich desde abril de 2024 hasta enero de 2026. Todo el equipo fue extremadamente profesional, amable y siempre receptivo. El proceso de acuerdo y entrega tomó menos de dos días (solicitado por mí), lo cual fue increíblemente eficiente. También me ayudaron a reemplazar los muebles según mis necesidades y organizaron los servicios de apoyo y limpieza exactamente a tiempo. Cada solicitud se manejó de manera responsable y realizaron un seguimiento constante hasta que se completaron las tareas. El apartamento en sí era cómodo, estaba bien mantenido e hizo que mi estancia fuera realmente memorable. Realmente aprecio el excelente servicio y la hospitalidad brindados por el equipo de SINHAS (agradecimiento especial a Soumika, Megha y Sushmita 🙏gran trabajo 🤩) Ya los he recomendado a muchos colegas y amigos, y continuaré haciéndolo. ¡Gracias, SINHAS, por su gran servicio y apoyo!
Los apartamentos suizos de Sinha en toda Suiza ofrecen una variedad de moradas acogedoras, cómodas y bien mantenidas. El chalet Maithili en Lauterbrunnen destaca por sus interiores meticulosamente cuidados y su amplia gama de comodidades. Ya sea que desee sumergirse en el pintoresco valle o maravillarse con las impresionantes montañas, o simplemente descansar en el interior y apreciar la cascada, es uno de los lugares más increíbles para hospedarse con una familia o un grupo de amigos. ¡Muy recomendable si quieres elevar el nivel de tu experiencia suiza!
Excelente experiencia de alquiler en la propiedad de Sinha: Tuvimos el placer de alquilar la propiedad de 3,5 dormitorios de Sinha y superó todas nuestras expectativas. De principio a fin, esta fue una experiencia de alquiler ejemplar. La Propiedad: La casa estaba impecablemente limpia a nuestra llegada y muy bien mantenida durante toda nuestra estancia. El apartamento estaba completamente amueblado con todo lo que necesitábamos, desde elementos básicos de cocina y utensilios de cocina hasta muebles y ropa de cama cómodos. No tuvimos que preocuparnos por traer nada; estaba realmente listo para mudarse. La distribución de 3,5 dormitorios era perfecta para nuestras necesidades y ofrecía amplio espacio y comodidad. Cada habitación estaba cuidadosamente decorada y la propiedad tenía todas las comodidades que podíamos pedir. Ubicación y valor: La ubicación era ideal y la propiedad ofrecía una excelente relación calidad-precio. Todo fue exactamente como se describe, sin sorpresas. Sin duda volveríamos a alquilar en Sinha y recomendaríamos encarecidamente su propiedad a cualquiera que busque un alquiler cómodo y bien administrado. Mención especial para Soumika, que fue increíblemente servicial con todo durante nuestra estancia. Ella hizo todo lo posible para asegurarse de que estuviéramos cómodos y nos instaláramos sin problemas. ¡Gracias por hacer que nuestra estancia sea tan memorable!
I’ve had an excellent experience with Sinha’s Swiss Apartments, and I truly recommend them, especially for people who are new to Switzerland. Their IT team helped me tremendously when I had issues with my Sunrise internet. They pushed Sunrise to resolve the problem quickly and, when the new equipment arrived a week later, someone from Sinha’s came at 10 PM just to deliver and install it. Until the new router arrived, they even provided me with a temporary Wi-Fi connection from a neighbor, making sure I could work from home without any interruptions. This level of support is extremely rare and truly appreciated. Another great experience was when some items from my basement storage went missing (they had probably been moved). The team did everything possible to track them down and managed to return them to me. What I appreciate most is that no matter the time—early morning or late at night—there is always someone available and willing to help. Their kindness, reliability, and quick responses make a huge difference. Finding an apartment in Switzerland can be very difficult, especially without any rental history in the country. Sinha’s provides trust, support, and real understanding to newcomers, and I’m very grateful for that. Special thanks to the IT team and to Megha! Highly recommended with confidence.
We had a lovely stay for a week in one of the apartments. Very close to Zurich HB and in proximity to convenience stores. Coop is just behind the building. The apartment had all toileteries equipped. It had a well stocked kitchen in terms of appliances and utensils. Will definitely come back again.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Mr. Rajiv Sinha and his team for the exceptional support he provides to expats looking for a home in Zurich. Finding suitable accommodation here can be extremely challenging, but knowing that Rajiv was there to guide and assist me made all the difference. In fact, one of the reasons I felt confident moving to Zurich was because I knew he would help me navigate the housing process smoothly. Rajiv himself though company's head is incredibly reliable and attentive. He responds to every query—no matter how small—with patience, clarity, and genuine concern. His knowledge of the local housing landscape and his willingness to go the extra mile make him a tremendous support for anyone new to the city. I truly feel he is doing remarkable work for expats here, helping them settle comfortably and feel at home in a new country. I highly recommend him and Sinha's accommodation without hesitation.
