I visited the Zurich branch yesterday with my BMW. The team was very friendly. Mr. Orlando Vasqez is excellent; he's very customer-oriented, which speaks volumes about his professionalism. Email communication with Mr. Daniel Werner was also straightforward and very pleasant. The window tinting was completed in about 1.5 hours, and I'm very satisfied. Mr. Vasqez also provided expert assistance in choosing the right tint. The 30-year guarantee is another strong point in favor of this company. I highly recommend scheibentönen.ch to everyone. Definitely 5 stars! I'm very satisfied with the entire process. From scheduling the appointment to the professional execution of every step, everything was perfect and a real pleasure. I would have my windows tinted there again anytime.
The agreed appointment was not kept; I arrived on time in Wangen, but no one was there. The appointment was also not cancelled by email or phone. Very annoying and unprofessional.
