La comida aquí fue excelente: ¡una de las mejores pastas que hemos probado en Wengen! La carne estaba muy tierna y la salsa rica y sabrosa. El risotto y el hummus también estaban deliciosos, aunque las porciones eran enormes. Honestamente, esperamos que puedan ofrecer porciones más pequeñas a un precio más bajo, porque incluso siendo cuatro de nosotros compartiendo, todavía era demasiado. En general, la experiencia fue genial. Si alguna vez vuelvo a Wengen, ¡definitivamente regresaré solo por esa pasta! 🍝

Intenté comer aquí a las 4:30 p.m. pero un amable personal le dijo que estaban cerrados y que reabrirían a las 6 p.m. Como mi hotel estaba cerca, decidí regresar a las 6 y pregunté si era necesario hacer una reserva. La respuesta fue no. Cuando regresé a las 6:10 p.m., otro personal se negó a sentarme porque no tenía reservación a pesar de que el restaurante estaba completamente vacío. Me sentí incómodo y decepcionado. Afortunadamente, intervino una amable señora y me acompañó a una mesa junto a la ventana. Realmente aprecié su ayuda. Aparte del incidente anterior, la comida estaba a la altura. Beef Stroganoff era tan bueno como lo habían mencionado muchas críticas. Una estrella deducida debido al encuentro inicial. PD Desde el principio hasta el final de mi comida, solo había dos mesas ocupadas.

Espectacular comida y ambiente. Ambos comimos stroganoff de carne y no nos decepcionó en esta noche fresca. También comió una deliciosa ensalada con queso de cabra, nueces e higos con aderezo de vinagreta de frutos rojos. Me encantó el ambiente cálido con muchas maderas naturales y tonos tierra.

First of all, our waiters were very attentive. The waiter who welcomed us picked us a table with a view that very much was the highlight of our dinner when we decided to just randomly sat on one of the tables. He even handed me a blanket when he saw me put on a sweater which was very thoughtful and attentive. We had a steak and salmon rice. The steak was tender and well cooked. One of our most enjoyable meal in our trip.

This was my rated #1 restaurant during our trip to Switzerland. The beef stroganoff and the tagliatelle with prawns were to die for. The tomato sauce was super creamy and rich. The noodles were all homemade. The beef was so tender it pulled apart with no force. Even the icecream here was some of the best I had. Another perk was that they didn’t charge for tap water. I can’t believe there aren’t more ratings for this place. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Wengen. We walked right in and they asked if we had a reservation. We said no. They found us a table anyway at 8:30pm and there was almost no one in the building. It was super quiet. We sat inside so there wasn’t a good view of the mountains but the food made up for that.

3 in our party and each of us had a different dish and they were all fantastic. The woman who waited on us was amazing throughout the entire dinner. Not only was she fast with her service but she had a good sense of humor and it was like she was a family friend. Highly recommend for dinner if you want really good food and service as well as a view.
