Encontré esta tienda por casualidad mientras conducía y decidí comprar la carne para nuestra cena de Navidad allí en lugar de en la tienda de comestibles. La mejor decisión. Productos frescos y de calidad, trato amable y hasta me regalaron una salchicha. Volveré a visitarme cuando esté en la zona.

El mejor carnicero de la zona. Personal muy amable y servicial con mucha carne sabrosa y de alta calidad. Toda la carne se sacrifica internamente y de los agricultores locales. Realmente puedo recomendar.

Para nuestro evento interno de la empresa reservamos la fiesta Spiesslip en la carnicería Nussbaum y quedamos encantados de principio a fin. Nos sentimos en buenas manos desde el momento de la planificación: el asesoramiento fue amable, sencillo y muy competente. Todo funcionó sin problemas y todo salió muy bien en el evento en sí. La selección de componentes para las brochetas fue enorme y nuestros empleados vegetarianos tampoco se quedaron fuera. La calidad de los distintos componentes fue de primera clase. Volveríamos a elegir la carnicería Nussbaum sin dudarlo y no podemos más que recomendarla. ¡Gracias por este evento completamente exitoso!

Today I visited the butcher's shop for the first time. Very friendly people behind the meat counter. The products are amazing. This will be my new butcher shop.

I was deeply disappointed by my recent interaction with Nussbaum Butcher Shop, especially with the owner himself. After placing an order, I called shortly afterward to make a small change (I wanted to order veal sausages instead of beef). I called back just five minutes later to explain my (simple) request. However, the owner's reaction was even less than satisfactory. Instead of showing understanding, he met me with increasing impatience and blatant rudeness. Instead of handling the change politely and professionally, I was dismissed in a manner I would not have expected in a customer-oriented establishment. From the very first call, it was made clear that my request was considered disruptive. I suspect this was because I had asked for sausages without pork. Customer service should be a top priority in a butcher shop, especially when it comes to simple adjustments. This negative experience, however, has shown me that my requests are clearly not valued at Nussbaum Butcher Shop. I subsequently cancelled the entire order and will not make any further purchases at this butcher shop in the future.
