Simply wonderful! Even on the phone, I received competent, friendly, and patient advice. He took the time to truly understand the problem, as it involved a slightly complicated wire pull on an electrical outlet. He provided expert advice and offered helpful suggestions. When he was also repairing something in the bathroom and two small lamps burned out, he not only found replacements for those, but for all four small lamps, ordered them free of charge, and delivered them the same day. It was very important to him that everything was perfect in the end.
