We were interested in the apartment you advertised and initially had good contact with you. At first, you were very proactive, responded quickly to our emails, and gave us the impression that we were being taken seriously. Unfortunately, this changed as soon as the apartment was sold. We were not informed of this. A brief message would have been sufficient to clarify things. The sudden cessation of all communication appears unprofessional and disappointing.
