Durante exactamente 40 años (1985-2025), conozco esta empresa como confiable, acreditada y amigable. La nueva generación se hizo cargo del negocio hace varios años y continúa con estas cualidades positivas. Nuestra cocina Pfister de 25 años todavía está en condiciones aceptables; sin embargo, la reemplazaremos en algún momento. Por supuesto, sólo en Pfister's en Zell.
Hace varios años cambiamos la puerta de entrada y quedamos completamente satisfechos con el trabajo realizado por la carpintería Pfister. Ahora nos gustaría renovar o sustituir también el sistema de cierre, debido a la instalación de nuevos cilindros. Sin embargo, primero es necesario tomar las medidas de la puerta y el cilindro, pero los intentos de programar una cita por correo electrónico en su mayoría han quedado sin respuesta. La feria GEWA Zell se acerca pronto y, aunque preferiría apoyar a las empresas locales, a la larga no me queda otra opción que explorar otras posibilidades. Por cierto, nuestra empresa Kuhn Rikon también es socia del taller de carpintería Pfister en Zell. 🙂

Unprofessional and Disappointing Communication I recently had a telephone conversation with this company's customer service and am very disappointed with how my issue was handled. From the very beginning of the call, I felt unwelcome. The person on the phone seemed irritable, impatient, and had absolutely no interest in truly listening to me. While I was explaining my issue, I was interrupted several times before I could even fully explain the situation. Basic courtesy and communication skills were lacking. Instead of targeted questions or solutions, I received only evasive answers. When I asked for a specific product that was available in-store, I was incomprehensibly told that I should buy it "somewhere else," not from the company itself. It almost seemed as if they were deliberately trying to get rid of me. Furthermore, I was promised a follow-up email during the in-store call, but I still haven't received it. The entire experience left me with the impression that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. Such a level of disinterest, lack of helpfulness, and lack of professionalism is unacceptable to me, especially when approaching the company as a paying customer with a legitimate request. Addendum to the company's response: Thank you for your statement. However, I would like to clarify that my criticism refers specifically to the initial telephone contact. The conversation was rude and impatient, and I was interrupted several times before I could fully explain my issue. This gave me the impression of not being welcome. Contrary to your statement, I have not received an offer to this day, neither in my inbox nor in my spam folder. The promised feedback regarding further steps via email has therefore not materialized. My decision to ultimately contact another provider was a consequence of this unsatisfactory experience, not a contradiction to it. I find your statement that my review contains "inaccurate statements" inappropriate. I described my personal experience honestly and from a customer's perspective. I hope you will take this feedback as an opportunity to improve your communication style. I wish you continued success with your company.
Great team. A professional and customer-oriented family business with lots of enthusiasm and joy. They offer custom-made furniture and especially kitchens that aren't mass-produced.
