My communication with the service provider took place through the company’s representative.We had an e-mail correspondence regarding possible cooperation. The service was not provided to me. After the above conversation, I have not received any notification, reminder or warning about the possible existence of a debt or delay in the invoice for more than 12 months, my bill has been sent to debt collection. Although this company itself said that unfortunately they would not be able to help me and cooperation was not possible, so you understand the work was not started. When I received the news about debt collection, I was shocked, most likely the invoice was not canceled by mistake, but the communication from this company is beyond any criticism. Complete silence for 12 months.Involving debt collectors, not resolving the situation obout invoice that need to be canceled. Now I have to waste time solving these problems that shouldn't exist at all.
