Ayer asistí sin ninguna preparación a un taller sobre "Comprender a tus clientes", organizado y celebrado en el Startzentrum. Había visto el nombre de la empresa varias veces, sin embargo (¿por su nombre genérico?) nunca me molesté en profundizar en su oferta. El evento fue contundente. No porque se compartieran algunos conceptos de vanguardia, sino porque cada persona tenía que desarrollar el perfil de su propio cliente potencial, algo que me propuse hacer varias veces en los últimos años (para otras empresas emergentes), sino porque otras tareas parecían más importantes en ese momento, nunca había dedicado tanto tiempo a un solo perfil como lo dediqué durante el taller. El proceso definitivamente me ayudará a crear un mejor producto.
