Asistí a arteterapia con Xóchitl y desde el principio me sentí muy cómoda y comprendida. En repetidas ocasiones me sorprendió lo profundas que fueron las sesiones para mí, ya que había aprendido mucho sobre mí y mis raíces. En realidad no era mi intención ahondar en mi infancia; Siempre lo había reprimido, pero seguía preguntándome por qué a veces reaccionaba como lo hacía ante determinadas situaciones. Ahora tengo muchas cosas más claras y puedo trabajar en ello. Junto a Xóchitl he encontrado una salida a estas situaciones. Juntos, desarrollamos metas para mí en las que ahora puedo trabajar hasta que las internalice. Tuve una sesión de Técnica de Equilibrio EMF con Xóchitl y fue una experiencia maravillosa. Su sesión fue calmante, energizante, equilibrante y empoderadora. Xóchitl es una terapeuta excepcionalmente sensible, talentosa y amorosa que está profundamente conectada con su trabajo. Durante la sesión, sentí que mi propia red energética se revitalizaba y obtuve acceso a un conocimiento más profundo. Las sesiones han apoyado notablemente mi desarrollo personal y espiritual. I can highly recommend coaching with Xochtil! She has the gift of quickly grasping a situation and supporting you in your process with targeted questions. With great empathy and confidence, she guided me through the coaching process and enabled me to see the potential within myself and the situation. I am very grateful to her for that!
At first, I couldn't imagine what this term meant at all. This therapeutic approach uses shapes and colors to address our unconscious level. This makes it possible to connect with one's own subconscious. Since I enjoy trying new things, I was immediately on board. In the first session, my goals and concerns, whether physical or emotional, were defined. Then we entered into a color and drawing dialogue. Equipped with a sheet of paper and colored chalk, we took turns drawing colored shapes… In this way, several dialogue sheets were created. My initial skepticism quickly vanished. During the dialogue, I realized that this process touched me, even moved me. Suddenly, I knew which color was the right one, which shape I would respond with. Feelings surfaced suddenly, and my mind could hardly grasp the situation. What was exciting and interesting was that Xochitl was able to derive very precise conclusions and explanations from these "childlike" paintings. Xochitl can draw on a wide variety of methods within this form of therapy. Yes, it's as if she pulls the appropriate tool from her toolbox, depending on what the situation requires. The sessions were always very well prepared by Xochitl. Her presence during the therapy was clearly noticeable. Approaching my goals and concerns in this way, almost playfully, was a very exciting journey to myself. Understanding connections, developing new perspectives and solutions, adopting new perspectives and finding solutions was and is a very good form of therapy for me. I will certainly use this Color Dialogue & Painting Therapy (RoM) again in the future.
The integral coaching with Xoshitl was incredibly empowering on all levels and provided me with tremendous support throughout my process. I am very grateful to her for that. I can only recommend that everyone experience it for themselves.
